Melody Chisholm, a young noblewoman from Eregnor, is a bit of a social butterfly.

A willowy 5'8" with red hair and green eyes, Melody was born in Eregnor around the time of King Oberon's disappearance.  She spent her early years in Eregnor before her parents sent her off to Amber for school when she was nine years old.

Since arriving in Amber, she has spent most of her time in Amber, although she has traveled extensively around the Golden Circle and regularly returns to her home in Eregnor.

She was appointed Amber's Majordomo by Prince Eric prior to his coronation and she has retained that job ever since.  As such, she plans and organizes dinners, parties, dances, balls, and other events.
