Jesse Hooker is the Om Rom Baro (Head honcho) of a nomadic group of Vampires that travel the roadways of America. A complete loner, Jesse usually leaves his band of merry misfits to their own fun after arriving in a new Domain. Normally after a short time (usually days or weeks) the brood is run out of town, or leaves on their own; following Jesse to the next city.

To those high up in the Camarilla, Jesse is a hunted Anathema and is on their Red List. To those who follow him, he is Satarma, Navigator of the Red Star; a true example of how a Vampire should exist.
