Faust commanded a starship battlegroup from his flagship, the Goethe. Working with the IDA splinter cell and Director Kelce, he pacified the Controller situation at EROS and dispatched the away team on a new mission to Ceres.

Later, Faust's fleet engaged with Husker's civilian staryacht and, later, with the Alliance of Sol's fleet, destroying both. His fleet was not seen again until the away team returned to the splinter cell's HQ, only to find Faust's fleet blowing it apart.

With Viceroy's help, the away team boarded Goethe and did battle. Faust was shot to death, but then potentially stabilized by alien technology. He has not been heard from since.
