Penelope "Frank" Franklin

A rose by any other name, and with the persistent floral scent to match, Frank's flowy crimson hair, otherwise soft features, and slender frame have been turning heads and giving men and women alike the wrong idea long before ""escaping"" the Nadir. Always seen with cat-eye outlines around deep red eyes of her own, and with the lipstick to match, Frank puts a premium on the literal face she presents to the world.

While not an imposing figure by any means, Frank has a practiced to appear difficult ease to how she moves through the world that suggests a different, perhaps more dangerous past than her otherwise generic, albeit form-fitting jumpsuits would imply.

Barely visible at the nape of her neck is the beginnings of a tattoo that looks at least a little like a heart; the scarfs she wears and long hair she keeps to cover it suggest it may be a sore subject. When her hands aren't found in the ground or in a suit, they can be frequently seen with dirt under the fingernails and a drink or two in them; a stark contrast to her meticulous visage and quiet demeanor.

Rarely if ever the first to be seen or to talk, Frank is few on words and keen on details.
