Animal Adaptations: Short fur that covers his body with Iriomote colouring and markings. Heightened Hearing and Nightvision, Claws, Tail and cat ears

Psionics/Magic: Species Sense, Rei has the latent ability to create static electricity in his fur, depending on how long he charges this static the next thing he touches could recieve anything from a small zap to a rather painful shock.

Appearance: As mentioned above Rei retains most of his animal appearence in his fur and catlike features his body also features a lot of scars from explosion burns. He wears desert combat trousers and combat boots along with his leather jacket and one of an assortment of Iron Maiden t-shirts, he also wears overalls when working on bikes.

Personality: Rei is lively and upbeat most of the time, his "don't sweat the petty stuff" attitude to life often keeping up the spirits of those around him. Rei is often quick to make friends with his perky manner however for some this is also his undoing as he has been know to make people uncomfortable or irritated by being overfamiliar. Should Rei be somehow angered or upset by someone, he is a force to be reckoned with and will set upon the antagonist with a fury somewhat unlike his usual persona. Some have specualted that he has multiple personalities because of this sudden and extreme change in demeanour.

Background: Born in Texas Rei is a bike mechanic, he's played around with and fixed up bikes since he was able to lift a spanner and grew up with his father's passion for motorbikes in a rural town. Rei's childhood was fairly happy and uneventful as he aspired to take over his father's business as a mechanic. He discovered his ability fairly early on and after blowing himself up enough times he learned to use his ability to his advantage when working on bikes. When he was 18 his father died and he took over the business until an unforeseen attack lead his remaining family and workshop being taken away from him. After that he decided to take his show on the road doing freelance maintenance work, fine tuning and upgrades for biker gangs whilst travelling up through the west coast.
