A pompous former academic in self-exile after finding himself on the losing end of an inter-department quarrel.  He talks in an overly florid way and attempts to solve simple problems with complicated solutions.

Ero is extremely tall for an elf at just over six feet.  He has pale skin, silver-white hair, and plum-colored eyes.  He dresses in a simple brown robe that has seen better days and a black tunic with barely visible elven scrollwork along its high collar.  He's armed with a longsword and longbow, though no one has ever seen him use either.  He instead casts his spells with a wand carved into a serpent with a yellow gem in its mouth.
