Mostly, that has kept his eyes intact and kept him free from the bowels of the ship. Prideful, but loyal as they come to those who have earned his trust. And he knows how to keep a secret. Luckily for him, so does the captain's fate witch, who, when ordered to point out those with sorcery among the captured, she chose not to reveal his. He still doesn't know why, and he can't seem to shake the First Mate's ever-watchful gaze. Does he suspect there's more to Sebastian than he's let on?
