Jimmy O'Neal is a babyfaced scoundrel.  14 years old but with a face that looks younger, Jimmy has a mouth that has gotten him in trouble and a knack for getting in places he's technically not sorta legally allowed to be in.  When he has money, he's usually at one of the taverns.  When he doesn't have money, he's either hiding from people or plotting some other scheme.

There's a local con man, Simon O'Neal, that might or might not be his father- they do share a splitting image, down to a green flat cap worn tilted on their heads.
