Race: Prototype Spika Sabotage Droid

W1-qit opened it's eyes in the battle of [FILE LOST] as one of the first battle prototype Spika Sabotage Droids, just after being deployed from a discord missile. It saw the target, it's buddies and he were skittering anxiously to tear the fighter apart. It retrieved the blueprints from its databanks in anticipation. Then however, it watched helplessly when it missed it's target and it's buddies all landed and started tearing, pulling and cutting.

W1-qit saw the battle while he sped past, missing his target, missing the sabotage and missing the battle. Speeding away into nothingness, silence. It put itself into hibernation, saving energy for there was nothing else. During this journey, this sleep, maybe due to solar radiation, maybe due to it's prototype hardware, the more advanced features of it's personality matrix were unlocked and it became fully sentient.

Flying for five years, it finally hit an now observation station. With the little energy left, it found a waning power source and recharged. Then it explored the station and restarted it, ensuring power for a long time. There it pondered about its failure and tinkered with itself to ensure better performance a next time.

When a scavenger ship docks to the observation station to inspect it, W1-qit cannot contain its curiosity and moves to the ship to find out more about it. However, it soon leaves, with W1-qit still on the hull.

Personality
Although it was originally build for sabotage, now it it more likely to upgrade and to tinker, and is curious about anything mechanical and software, but also about living things which it has no experience with. Although it will still relish in salvaging, tearing and cutting, it's reward procedures has changed, for it is curious now but also self-preservation. On the other-hand, it's failure to hit the target is still fresh in it's memory banks and thus it has a low self-esteem. It is unregistered, since it was made as a disposable weapon and thus it recognises no master, nor the need for one.
