Unarmed and unarmored, Cilimar appears as a rather short, very slight young man.  His heritage has left him with ebon curly hair, tawny skin, eyes somewhere between sea-green and the fertile brown of fresh-turned earth.  At best, he could be called 'skinny'.  Closer to truth is that he is quite a small young man.  A completely smooth face, unkempt shaggy head of hair, and a youth's lanky build belie a purely human ancestry.  He's usually clothed in traveller's clothing, preferring to go barefoot whenever he can.

Cilimar is generally cheerful and optimistic, deeply curious about people's intentions.  He tries to help others, even when when helping puts him at odds with authority.  Curious, playful, and mildly superstitious, he's often overly enthusiastic in social situations where more tact may be appropriate.
