Korvus

Name: Korvus Vandarin

Race: Human

Class: Dark Prince

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Appearance: Korvus wears dark robes, adorned with various symbols upon them. Underneath he seems to have another type of regalia that he wears as well. The robes are colored a dark-midnight black, while the symbols are a lighter black. The regalia underneath his robes seem to be lighter in color as well, ranging from light black to an ashy grey color. Due to Korvus constantly wearing a hood, he isn't seen to well, and so his eye color, hair color are much of a mystery. Though due to him not wearing gloves, you can see that his skin color is a light caramel color. Strange, since he doesn't seem to get that much sun underneath his robes at all.

Design of his Robes:

Personality: Korvs is a interesting/unique person with a deep hatred for the Baramos. Korvus is very cautious around people but isn't one who looks for a fight. When Korvos can be seen as niceish but he is mostly shown to be cold. Korvus will work with others to overcome challenges, but do not be surprised by what he does, especially to reach his goal. Being a prodigy mage makes him quiet intelligent and due to his history, he is insightful or at the least "aware" of certain things.

History: Korvus was once an aspiring mage when he was a child. Korvus was said to be a wonderful prodigy in magic, at least by his parents. Korvus lived with his mother and father in a small home. Korvus's father was an archaeologist who loved to investigate old gods and occults of the past. One day he found a large fragment said to be a fragment of Baramos himself. Korvus and his father were ecstatic at this great discovery, but with the fragment came a terrible consequence.

In the night Korvus and his family was attacked by the Occult of Baramos, calling themselves the Order of Baramos. This order was seeking all the pieces of Baramos in hopes of resurrecting him. The order murdered the father, while Korvus tried to protect his mother. Though Korvus failed, and the Order did kill the mother. Korvus though, killed three members of Baramos in return. The order decided to take the child and use him as a vassal for their lord Baramos, seeing the magical power and will that he had.

For many years after this event, the order forced Korvus to train his magical ability until the day came that they would try to resurrect Baramos, with Korvus as their god's vessel. Though they became impatient and decided to fuse these fragments into Korvus, so Baramos would resurrect without the need of the other pieces, hoping that Korvus's energy could be enough.

The ritual began, but unfortunately the ritual failed, for even with Korvus's power, the other fragments were still needed. Though the outcome of this event did have one outcome. After the ritual, Korvus felt dark energy flow through him, shadowing him with dark powers of a demonic god, and then came a voice. This voice was of Baramos himself whispering into Korvus's ear. Baramos told Korvus to escape and find the crystals himself, to resurrect him and his power. Korvus, despite never wanting anything to do with Baramos, knew he had to escape regardless.

So with this new power Korvus escaped the Order's Temple and traveled alone, Baramos whispering into his ear when a fragment was near, trying to coax him into accepting his fate as the son of Baramos, and reclaim the pieces. Time went on and Korvus remained hidden, wearing his hood to keep others from finding out who he is, mostly his own order. Korvus hated Baramos and the Order for taking his life away and planned to destroy the fragments himself and so planned to do so.

Outside in the world, other ,smaller, factions of Baramos heard of Korvus, many called him the Demon Child, others called him The Dark Prince, others called him A Monster and through this Korvus is hunted by many. Those who seek to kill Baramos and stop his resurrection, while those who worship him seek to recapture him and place him as a king. Some even wish to kill Korvus, so that they may resurrect Baramos without the need of Korvus as a vessel.
