Appearance: Considered high fashion in Yotai, he wears a colorful assortment of feathered garments with a fine doublet. While the hair he sports has turned grey from time, it's well maintained and accentuates a face more weathered than his ship. His body is adorned with scars and old wounds that he considers mementos from his old journeys.



Personality: He's a mountain of a man with a silver tongue that could inspire armies, but is often regarded as an urban legend. Seen as ominous and inspiring role model among pirates and sailors alike.The few who have met Captain Jurak  often regard him as being amiable and hospitable while under his 'care'. Despite his greed being well known, he's respected among fellow privateers in that he's never sold out to a military force. Turning down more than a few offers for his services and making plenty of political enemies along the way, the crew of 'The Leviathan's Wake' have made it clear that they only serve themselves. Ni dieu ni maitre!

History:  Once a simple seafaring raider, Jurak has earned a wild-child reputation for himself over the years. Carving a name out for himself through plundering, raiding, and taking hostages to sell back to their houses at exuberant prices. In fact, there are very few Jurak would kill outright. Going so far as releasing worthless or venerable people caught within his crossfire. Scarcely seen on land, Jurak lived his life at sea, slowly working his way into the position of captain. The greedy and heartless seemed to flock to him, a natural leader of bastards with a silver tongue.
