Ariadne

Name: Ariadne

Race: Human

Class: Pegasus Knight

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Appearance: Ariadne is renown for being quite the attractive woman. Her wavy, dark hair flows down past her shoulders and accentuates her soft, feminine face. It's rumored that just a glance from her two cat-like hazel eyes can bring a man to his knees and smile from her ruby red lips could very well give that same man a heart attack. She possesses an hourglass figure, complete with a full bust, wide hips, and a muscle-toned body.  Needless to say, Ariadne takes great pride in her looks. She takes care and time in grooming herself and wears only the finest garments to bedazzle the masses. When taking to the skies, she dawns a regal set of light armor, colored crimson with gold trimming. On one of her pauldrons, the family seal of Alarym's royalty is inscribed.

Personality: Privileged and spoiled, Ariadne is much like her position in life: a princess. At the same time, she is seductive and manipulative, coercing others to things for her. Often times, her demands are rather petty, such as fetching her a glass of milk or handing her hairbrush. Essentially, she is a woman who does what she wants, when she wants regardless of what others think. Should anyone defy her, she becomes venomous and spiteful, often bearing grudges that last a lifetime.

History: Ariadne was born the King Vanderhal's youngest daughter, and like many younger siblings, she was babied and given most of everything she wanted at a young age. Considering she had a ways to go before she would even be considered a viable candidate for the throne, she was never trained to rule. Rather, she was prepared to be a proper lady while given some militaristic training as a noble Pegasus Knight to defend their realm. Perhaps the hardest part of her training was the excruciating amount of severity her instructor placed on her. If she so much as touched her Pegasus wrong, the Princess' personal trainer would berate and humiliate Ariadne in as many ways as possible. No matter how much the young girl begged for her father to execute the woman, he never would, thinking it might help alleviate his daughter's spoiled demeanor. While she did earn a slight sense of humility from her oh-so-traumatic experience, Ariadne would remain the manipulative and entitled princess for the many years to come.

While she grew up to be an extraordinarily beautiful woman, Ariadne was and still is the least favorite of all of Vanderhal's children. There was little he could do to contain her frivolousness and she was little more than a leech on his coffers. Not to mention the constant headaches Ariadne was responsible for, on account of her getting into all sorts of trouble and claiming divine right to justify her actions. Very recently, something has changed within father. He threw away his worship of the Silver Sun and suddenly fighting erupted in the palace. Ariadne did not choose a side and hid herself in a secret passage until the fighting died down. Now she exits her safe haven and views the carnage that has been wreaked...
