This adage has become a common expression among the First Estate, and is quickly becoming adopted outside of his Covenant as well. Only problem is, with his firm handshake and flashing eyes, Commissioner Calvin Moore is always smiling.  The sharply dressed fixer is a master craftsman in the art of wordsmithing, capable of dancing verbal circles around his adversaries and allies at Elysium.

Calvin Moore has used his position within the Invictus to become Detroit's premiere arms dealer, smuggling in an enormous arsenal of firearms to keep the city's streets a hostile and dangerous place.  Need an assault riffle, armor piercing rounds? Hell, need a fucking RPG?  Moore can get it for you, it's just going to cost you an arm and a leg.
