Physical Description:  Slender with the right curves in the right places.  She has wavy chestnut brown hair, tendrils of which always try to escape no matter which style she is trying to wear her hair in.  Her eyes are a warm brown and always give the impression she is smiling, even if her lips are not.
Personality: (Including any quirks or pet peeves)  A friendly, professional ladies maid.  Good natured, she takes great pride in her work and works hard for the Ladies that she serves.  She has a talent in needle craft and can create beautifully embroidered, fine linen dresses that are much sought after in the summer months.
Kitalla always manages to find time to enjoy life as well.  She likes to listen to stories on feast days and often takes on the role of caregiver and confidante to those she meets.  She holds a great deal of empathy for the people that she meets.

Background:  Kitalla should really have become a weaver or a seamstress.  She was born into the weavercraft.  Her mother and father were both weavers and her childhood was spent surrounded by their own creations of beautiful tapestries and wall hangings that the couple liked to create together
Kitalla used to love the feel of the soft, freshly woven silks and linens as they were created, before they were dyed and then sewn and embroidered.  She soon learnt she had a flair for designing these fabrics into beautiful and yet functional items of clothing.  Her style and choice of fabrics are always tailored perfectly to the person who had ordered them.  Her vision and empathy means that she truly listens to the lady’s (or gentlemen – but they are rare) requests and very rarely misjudges her design for the piece of clothing they have ordered from her.  Kitalla hopes to settle into dressmaking when  she gets older (perhaps married and settled down), but for now she enjoys her life as a Ladies Maid as it affords her some level of excitement as well as allows her to meet Ladies that will hopefully be future patrons of her work.
