Avilca is the High Radiance for the Cathedral of Lathandar. Previously from Nabbin, she has only been in Corzoco for a couple of days when she replaced the pervious High Radiance.  By the grace of Lathandar, Avilca at first glance looks to be around 25.  Her real age is closer to 45 and one can see age lines (or laugh lines) around her eyes.  If one gets that close.

It has been said, mostly by Nabanese, that all roads lead to Nabbin.  Nabbin is located south of Astoria and Corzoco and in a tropical warm climate.  Not as warm as it's neighbor Rutzbana but snow and ice are a thing of myth.  Avilca was raised in Nabbin and grew up in the Church of Lathandar.  She always knew that she would carry Lathandar's light to other location and looked forward to going to Corzoco.  She has a lot to atone for after the previous High Radiance of Corzoco left a bad impression.  With the political unrest that Nabbin currently finds itself in, she is even more glad to be in Corzoco.
