Tillandsia is a Gixie, one of the many varietals of denizen in the First World.

Even at just two feet in height, with her blue hair and wood vine wings covered in iridescent leaves that span twice the length of her height when fully extended, Tillandsia has no issues making her presence known when she desires to do so.  When she doesn't she's highly adept at going completely unnoticed.

The fashion sense of the little fey trends towards a mixture of natural materials, such as wood and greenery, along with whatever pretty scraps of cloth and other such material plane sourced items she might have come across.

She even managed to find, or have made, a little leather adventuring pack that accommodates her wings to fit her just right.
