Lt. General Teyacapan

Summary:
A heliophilic energy provider, the Huitzilopochtli group are an amalgamation of engineering, R&D, and security firms that broke ground on the first solar power plant commissioned by the Buna.

Locations:
The group primarily operates out of the independent settlement of Tlamacazqui which is centered around their Citlali Solar Array. There entire families are employed by the 'pochtli group with all amenities and facilities provided in the surrounding company-town.

Since the formation of the Huitzilopochtli group, the legacy shops and offices of the founding companies have been converted into regional procurement and engineering offices in major federal cities. Consequently, Huitzilopochtli members are becoming more prevalent in everyday Federal society.

Ideology:
Founding 'Pochtli members were characterized by their ever forward-facing mentality, looking to progress culturally and technologically while remaining self-sufficient and vigilant of existential threats.

As the group expands, it is becoming  more pragmatic in its stance on cultural progress, emphasising efficiency while recognizing that change cannot be forced upon anyone.

Military:

Because Tlamacazqui is centrally located and is surrounding by larger, territorial based-polities, the 'Pochtli group maintains a private airforce based out the Anderbacks. This allows the group to support the armed forces of neighboring polities with great flexibility. As the conflict with the Seihai escalated, the Huitzilopochtli continued to focus on air superiority fighters to fill the void left by the decimated Crimeran confederacy. Pilots became revered members of the 'Pochtli society and a great many of them held fraternal ties to their Crimeran brothers and sisters in arms and mourned their losses as if they were their own.

Security at Tlamacazqui is otherwise handled by a small cadre of forces known as Naphtali Securities. In recent years the force has been expanded to embrace humanitarian and stabilization directives.

Religion:
Originally, the organization as a whole practiced a version of Saganism. However with the development of Leylines that radiate the power of the sun, members of the Huitzilopochtli are becoming more and more intent on harnessing the power of Sabaki, ignoring the insignificance of humanity  preached by the Saganites. At sunset, there are many gather to watch the appearance of the second sun when the light from Sabaki is reflected off of Lake Mundafen in the west.

Language:
As a company-wide effort to curtail corporate espionage, the Huitzilopochtli group implemented an internal language based on historical documentation of Nahuatl lexicon and syntax. As Tlamacazqui grew and was settled by families, Neo-Nahuatl was quickly picked up by wives, husbands and children at home.

Within the federally approved primary schools anglic and rim-swahili is officially taught but many children are fluent in Neo-Nahuatl well before they reach the age of 10.

Leadership:
Leadership of the group was once held in the position of "Hummingbird". The honorific embodied the responsibilities of the position as the individual zips, weaves, and hovers within the organization, focusing on ailing, high-risk, or critical projects.

Now, a small panel of specialists lead the organization, each well experienced in their field. While the Chief of Logistics fufills the role of Councilor to the Federation, the panel collectively weighs in on Council decisions. The panel is currently made up of:

Known Settlements: Tlamacazqui, various regional offices in most major cities.
Official Faith: None, though a portion ofthe Huitzilopochtli practice Sabakism.
Cultural Focus: Technology, Self-Sufficiency, Security
