RY 750: Darnel was born to Graymen Everstone and Anabelle Everstone.

RY 753: Darnel's sister Victoria was born.

RY 755: Already at five years old, Darnel showed great artistic and literary talents and his tutors recognized that he was very clever. He was less proficient with swordplay.

RY 760: Darnel's mother Anabelle died from illness. In mourning, Graymen chose to move to Icehome as an ambassador. Darnel and Victoria were raised partially by Gerhard Everstone (when he was in Rosalia) and partially by Castellan Niels Wellwish.

RY 765: At fifteen years old, Darnel's father Graymen forced him to join the First Battalion. Though he had read the entire Everstone library and showed great intellectual talent, Graymen and Gerhard agreed that the boy should do military service. The idea was that if he were to one day lead, he ought to know how it was to follow.

RY 767: As the First Battalion was called out into service during the Realm invasion, Darnel suffered a crippling injury that prevented him from continued service. Instead he aided Lord Marshal Gregane Boarmond at the strategy table and paid a huge part in winning the war. Darnel was given a medal and a plaque at Queen Neiya's coronation to honor his part in the decisive strategies.

RY 768: At 19 years old, Darnel served the First Battalion as a strategic advisor. This same year, his cousin Riani died. Lord Everstone looked to him as a potential future heir.

RY 770: Darnel's sister Victoria married Awden Millward. After the death of both Graymen Everstone and Gerhard Everstone, Darnel excused himself from his work as a strategic advisor to the First Battalion and became Lord of House Everstone.

RY 771: Darnel admitted to the royal court that he feared that he would be without an heir as he showed no sexual interest in women. He wrote an agreement with Lord Vidar Millward that the second child of Awden Millward and his sister Victoria would carry the name Everstone. After the delivery of the twins, Awden's and Victoria's twin girls became Riani Millward and Aria Everstone---both of them eligible of becoming heirs to different great houses.
