Rex is a purple haired teenage scrapper who's been living in and out of cities pretty much most of his life. He's never met his parents, and he has no current interest in their whereabouts. Presently he just does whatever he wants, whenever he feels like it.

His dream though? He's going to become the Prince of Thieves, and the King of Crime!

Most of the time, that would be finding enough to eat, for him, Mr. Bitey, his trusty (if slightly deranged) Deino, and Not-Food, the Magikarp with the will of steel.

He sounds like he's untrustworthy, like he's constantly sizing the listener up for some kind of scheme...which is generally accurate.
