TwoOneBee has a vaguely humanoid facial appearance, with a human shaped head, rectangular shaped optical sensors that give off a warm amber glow, and a protruding vocabulator where its nose/mouth would be.  The rest of its body is only roughly humanoid, with breastplate and mechanical arms and legs, all in scratched blue metal. The 2-1B’s surgical pincer hand attachments are precision-engineered for smooth, steady action, rather than aesthetics.  It is quite impossible for TwoOneBee to disguise himself as anything other than what he is.

Programmed by some of the finest medical minds in the galaxy, Industrial Automaton’s  2-1B Series was the first commercially successful surgical droid.  2-1B is equipped with a computer interface socket and tether; what he doesn’t know about a patient’s species or medical history, he can download from any medical mainframe.
