Intelligence File: Raina Sand-Serpent

Raina Sand-Serpent is a dark-haired woman from the South of Creation.  She has brown eyes, the dark skin of a desert dweller and the physique of a brawler.  She is known to manipulate both sand and stone almost naturally, and is both stronger and tougher than her appearance would indicate.

She currently works as a gladiator in Root's primary arena.

Reports indicate that her family is currently being held in a prison tower inside Cynis Nukoze's palace, and that this is the Satrap's leverage over her.
