Arliss Hobbs is a dwarf with bushy brown hair, and bright blue eyes peer our from beneath his unruly eyebrows. His (relatively) short beard is just as uncontrollable, but there are lines peeking out from the mess that imply a face used to smiling.

When wearing his adventuring clothes, he is covered head to toe in supple leather armor that allows plenty of room for movement, with knee pads much thicker and more padded than any other place on the outfit. On his belt is a long, flat leather pouch (obviously not a coin purse) that clinks lightly with every step, and has a ornamental keyhole design pressed into the leather of the flap.
