Caius was born the second son of Maurice and Rona, a pair of enterprising turnip farmers. His parents believed in the values of hard work, honesty, and faith. From a young age, he worked the fields with his four brothers and two sisters. Over the years, the values of his parents were instilled into him, making him an upright man.

When he reached the age of eighteen, it became apparent that the farm would go to his older brother when his parents would pass away. Without wanting to cause any trouble for the ones he loved, he gathered his belongings and left in the night.

He set out towards the city of Insert name here to start a new life for himself. He made a name for himself catching a cutpurse by the city gates and was asked to join the city watch. Gladly, Caius accepted. From then on, he would make use of his keen sight and his weapon to keep the city safe.

Currently, he has the bare minimum to survive. Lacking a full wardrobe, he most often wears his guard uniform in lieu of common garb. If there was an honest way to put more coin in his pockets, he would gladly take it.
