Vaneyck (pronounced van-EYE-k) is of slightly above average size for a humanoid, standing at just over 6 feet tall.  His weight is difficult to gauge, due to the large carapace covering a large part of his body.  His skin is devoid of hair, mottled dark green and pale yellow, and his eyes are dark brown.  An extensive array of weapons adorns his belt, many of which are not commonly seen.  There is a shortsword in a sheath, and two 3-pronged daggers in eye hooks.  Also attached to the belt are two sets of two wooden sticks connected by short chains.  Loops on his backpack hold a wooden staff.
