Valerie is a short, solidly built young woman with thick blonde hair and pale blue eyes. She is soft-spoken and unfailingly polite, but also tends to be highly reserved and overly formal. At work she wears severe black scrubs with little adornment, but when at home or out she prefers thick, flowing clothes in forest colors.
