Tal's tunic is threadbare and patched many times over. Not only it, but the his bare limbs, feet, and face are smudged with grime and dirt. The boy's hair is close cropped and his bright blue eyes hold a keen glint of intellect. He is obviously a beggar belonging to the Union for he wears the wooden hand about his neck. Normally Tal can be found at his spot just on the other side of The Black Gate, just inside the New City and not far from The Petit Bazaar where his sharp eyes and keen ears never fail to pick up the latest news.
