US Marshal Colin Carter is physically fit, even impressively so, but is far from being a body builder. He stands at 5'11". His hair is light brown, but it tends to bleach easily during the hotter months of the year. His eyes hold a warmth that belie their icy blue color.

Personality Description:
Colin Carter is an ever rotating coin, showing both faces several times in a conversation. He is both the straight laced, hard backed lawman and the charming every man. Colin can't claim to be the strongest, cleverest, or most intelligent man alive. Yet, anyone that knows Colin well enough would never bet against him, because he is both perseverant to a fault and a force of will. Even if Colin is doomed to fail, he can always be counted on to do what he thinks is right.

Characters History:
Colin Carter was born in Washington DC to a hardworking couple that had been in government/military service all their lives. Raised around both lifestyles, Colin was well adapted to them by the time he turned eighteen. Completing a full term of military service, Colin immediately transferred into law enforcement afterward. Making a name for himself, Colin became one of the most dependable US Marshals in the service. It has always been his desire to serve the people.

Goals:
As a US Marshal, Colin is simply hoping to complete his latest assignment with as little fuss as possible. However, as a servant of the people, Colin is looking to improve the lives of everyone he meets. Even if he can only contribute in some small, little way, Colin is dedicated to the task. The most personal motivation that Colin has is to find someone that he lost contact with a long time ago.
