Conquest: Talia Under Seige

Talia is a relatively new world. It's geography is rough and wild, it's mountains tall and jagged. It's oceans and water ways are low and filled scarcely with wildlife. The sky is blue green with large fluffy clouds and an deep orange sun. The sun of Talia is spectacular to behold and not as intensely bright as suns from other worlds.

 The northern hemesphere has a temperate climate that sees an even amount of the four Seasons, spring, summer, fall and winter.
It is teeming with monsterous and demi human races. The kingdom of Caldonia was created when three clans of the Nurian barbarians escaped the
Nightlands in the south and settled in the northern highlands. They were lead from barbarianism by a paladin of the God of the sun, Yorr and given knowledge of law and justice. The paladin died during the great exodus, but died in an epic battle with the witch-queen Na, an immortal sorceress of unmatched power. He didn't destroy the lich-queen, but he defeat her mortal body, sending her spirit to an unknown phylactery.

The central hemesphere of Darmath, the main continent, is tropical and summer almost all year round. They get short periods of heavy torential rains and storms, as well as wind storms and tornados from cool air mass of the northern highlands hitting the warm, humid air mass of the southern lowlands. This area is litterally known as "No Man's land" because it is really hot there, mostly desert and scrubland and is regularly hit by natural disasters. Some barbaric cultures believe it's because the God's are angry and are trying to rip the world in half. In reality the tectonic plates under the planet's crust are frequently active, causing a few random earthquakes of varying sizes.
