Bobby is very, very friendly. And very, very forgetful. So forgetful that it seems odd sometimes. He is very good friends with Shawn and even lives in Shawn's house. But, it isn't clear if they are brothers or not. You could ask Bobby that, but it's possible that he won't remember. Part of Bobby wants to remember things, that's obvious by the way he can been seen contemplating things, his face all scrunched up.

But he just can't.....
