Cromwell is indistinct, and yet distinct at the same time. He is 44 years old, but he looks younger than the number. He stands at just under six feet (1.82 m), and is moderately built age having taken it's course on his peak. Yet he is still formidable, what muscle he has is well-toned, and it is clear he takes care of himself. He has thick, black hair that, despite his age, seems to have lost none of its body or color; he keeps the style conservative, which belies his military experience. He alters his facial hair appearance based on the situation he finds himself in; in general, he leaves some stubble on. His dark blue eyes look almost always accusatory, and glimmer in the light. He has tanned, but ultimately white skin, and his Irish heritage betrays him. He can often be seen in a trench-coat in the perennial damp weather of the Isles, and even sometimes in warm weather. His work often requires him to adopt different dress, but he tends to wear formal business, and business casual when he can. It isn't unheard of for him to even don a tuxedo if the situation forces him.
