Brief Bio: Elvira is a relative newcomer to the Rad Scorpions. But in her first two years she's been a part of four successful missions and has a dozen kills to her name. She is particularly merciless and volunteers for missions South of the Border. Elvira, though she prefers Rain, or Rainmaker, is at least half Indian. Commanche to be specific. She was part of a group of wasteland tribals that were content to do their own thing until they were found and attacked by Mexican raiders.

Her brother and father were killed. Her two younger sisters were taken. Her mother stayed behind with the survivors. Rain found a gun and some bullets and went looking for revenge. The Scorpions were happy to give it to her so long as she could follow orders. So far she has.
