Tall and full-figured, Blackbird cuts a striking figure. Pale olive skin, high cheekbones, and full pouting lips give the woman a regal appearance, complimented by her stunning aquamarine eyes, all framed by a soft fall of green-black hair that hangs to the middle of her back. Beautiful by any standard she could be, and has at times been mistaken for a mortal royal which should make her exceptional.

For a Dragon-Blood, which she is, the weak signs of her exaltation, hair that flows a little more liquidly than normal, or floats up when her ire is up are ugly reminders of her thin blood, a grievous flaw in one of the host of the ten thousand. Born far from the Realm, and for most of her life content to stay well away from them, Blackbird has been many things in her years. Con-artist, mistress, thief, huckster, showman, and most recently business mogul under the tutelage of Beauteous Valeria.

Garbed in the vestments of a supremely successful businesswoman and with her weaknesses hidden behind money and long leather gloves the Dragon-Blood has been thrown into facing her kin from the isle, something she still regards with a modicum of dread. Somewhat withdrawn when facing her peers, in less stressful situations Blackbird is sharp-witted and acerbic, a fiercely proud woman despite all that her life has thrown at her.
