Nathanial Wescott was the youngest presidential runner in the history of Valport (32). He was a breath of fresh air after President Gilbert's assassination. Nathanial "Nate" Wescott is a pure Illustrian with a mother and father that can trace their lineage all the way back to two of the original Illustrian people.   He was a newly-wed when he made his desire to become President known. His wife, Anna Morgan-Wescott, was a Ignoble through and through. She is one reason he won the seat; her likable nature, sweet smile, and apparent strength was encouraging to the Ignobles.  Three years into their marriage they welcome their first son, Elias Wescott.  One year after the birth of their child, Anna became sick and 13.5 months later passed away. The entire nation mourned her passing.
