The variant of Eliza’s surname is Savage, and this woman lives up to it. The games became even more complicated and ruthless the year she was hired. She takes every known fear that the Contestants have and use it to her advantage. There are times that she sits in on the training sessions and merely watches the Mentors as they attempt to guide their trainees. She is a very sullen, cold individual.  Nothing is publically known about her past. She rarely does interviews, even during the Trials.
