Luís Vargas Luís has been living in the area for a few years now and generally seems to be a mild and laid back young man. He has been distilling rum down in the everglades recently and while the product is decent, he has not been very successful selling it. Luís's late father was a well known hustler and small time smuggler who finally ran out of luck about two years earlier but Luís is just now becoming his own man and stepping out of his father's shadow. |
