Rugshaw is an unkempt mage dressed in tatters. His head is topped with a thin mop of greasy white hair. Clearly not the best dressed person in the Northlands, what he lacks in physical appearance he makes up for with enthusiasm and confidence... whether that confidence is well founded or not is up to the observer.
