Arthur Carpenter
Has never been a household name and has oscillated between files and records for most of his "career". He has the build of a runner bean, or a broomstick and rarely gets involved in the more physical aspects of active duty. He much prefers the quiet life where he isn't putting anyone at risk.

Background with the agency:
His wife was a field agent, but he never found out until a few years ago. One day, several agents turned up at his front door citing protective custody while his wife was away on a business trip.

He has not seen her since. During his first year, the details of her last mission were lost from the archive (both physical and, due to a "data accident", digital) and in spite of an official reprimand, they remain lost. Arthur does know where that file is but is reluctant to talk about any details.
