Count Aspen

Little has ever been known for certain about the Count of White Pines.  As with many of his elusive and secretive kin in House Eiluned there is much to do with the Count's past that is hidden in the shrouds of mystery and forgetfulness.  What is certain, however, is that before he made the decision to seal his freehold Count Aspen was a relatively fair-handed ruler - as noble Sidhe go, anyway.  He heard the people's concerns and while he did not always act, he was certainly not a man to dismiss such complaints and worries out of hand.

It is, therefore, extremely out of character for the Count to have closed the Palace and abandon the commoners outside.

But then, some say, he is a noble of House Eiluned.  Did anyone ever really know him?
