Dame Evlyn Darrow

Dame Evlyn is one of the few nobles that still uses her mortal surname, Darrow.  She has never revealed why she retains the name and some whisper that she is under a geas never to tell the secret - though what secret involving her mortal family could be so important, it is hard to say.  Perhaps it is just whimsy.  Either way, the Dame functions as the head of the Duke's Guard.

She is also the only noble who has been seen outside the Freehold since it closed.  She is confirmed to be of the Unseelie Court, but as she was Unseelie before the Freehold shut it is difficult to say whether this at all reflects the affiliations of the Duke or other nobles.
