Seth was a bad man through and through, a real bad seed. He led a gang of mortal
thugs years ago, and now he acts as a sadistic lieutenant to Kane. Always jealous of his older brother, Cyrus, Seth killed him in the heat of passion. That’s hardly the worst of his crimes, however, and his behavior has only gotten worse in the years afterwards. After joining the Shinsengumi, Seth had been able to indulge his sadism and live the high life.  Since the Shinsengumi dissolved, his activities seemed to have dropped.  Whether this was because he became less active or just became better at being inconspicuous was unknown.

Unfortunately, Seth seems to be back and under the orders of a mysterious group to hunt down certain supernatural beings including his former Shinsengumi comrade, Victor Fingers.  As of yet, Somber Talot was the only one to have escaped his clutches.

Seth dressed in black most of the time, and his wardrobe is quintessential modern Western outlaw, with Egyptian accents. Seth possessed a cane; its gold head was modeled on that of Set.
