Scud was born with a genetic abnormality that effected his legs, while his legs still work he is very unsteady on them to the point that he has spent more time in a wheelchair or some equivalent then he has on his feet. This abnormality however has not slowed him down, it just made him have to find a different expertise. Scud has learned almost every type of machine related skill one could think of, that was before his ‘potential’ was unlocked. Now scud is on a mission of his own that few know the details of.
