Esperanza “La Alacrãna” Zelenka, is a member of the Nomadic Snake Nation. Born and raised among the nomad nations she's seen more of the country by age ten than most people. Coming of age among the nomad community she started making a name for herself and earning a reputation.

She has fought the Raffen Shiv and earned the Eagle feather tattooed on her right arm. The tattoo was inked on her skin in recognition of her cutting the throat of an enemy of her pack.

Settling down for a little bit she rescued a femboi techie named Lexie Raven. Esperanza introduced Lexie to her family and the Nomad Lifestyle. Lexie then became a Nomad herself and Esperanza's lover.

She then picked up a gig with a Nomad pack called the "Metal Marauders" as part of a national music tour. The Marauders are a pack that specializes in Entertainment and act as roadies to an ever changing number of bands. This time the gig was from a DMS Executive who was looking for new talent and promoting several bands. The gig went bad and was plagued by Sabotage. It seems that the DMS Exec was being paid by the competition to see that the tour failed. The Exec's people managed to cover up his involvement. Latter a sniper shot the executive in the Arm from a thousand meters. At the Sniper's position there was an acrylic scorpion.

Most recenty Esperanza's family has had a setback as they were hit by the Raffen Shiv. Their vehicles were either stolen or destroyed and most of their gear was lost. Now reduced to urban Homeless, La Alacrãna and her family are rebuilding.
