A legendary Anarch caitiff who once made a play for the throne of Chicago and nearly succeeded. She had Lodin on the ropes when suddenly everything seemed to come apart with the Camarilla hitting back hard and forcing her to go into hiding. A few decades later she emerged once again as an Anarch leader but she was much more cautious this time and the hot-headed Anarchs eventually grew tired of biding their time and abandoned her, flocking to other more energetic leaders like Anita or Juggler. Her name is still legend among the Anarchs as an "almost-was", the Anarch neonate that almost took down the Prince of Chicago.

Maldavis is a rail-thin woman who appears to be in her mid-20s. Her skin has a yellow-brownish color. Her dark brown eyes have a commanding gaze. Her hair is straight and short. She keeps her wardrobe simple, just jeans and band T-shirts.
