Kevin Jackson

"Don't forget where you came from but remember your past doesn’t define you. It's the change you make and legacy you leave that defines you."

Embraced fairly recently after Lodin became nervous about the rising power of the black gangs in Southern Chicago, Jackson was the de facto leader of the Chicago Bloods in the 80's and his change has only strengthened his position. When Lodin fell Jackson was able to take control of a large number of the former Prince's assets dramatically boosting his power and influence within the city. He bided his time and after Prince Peterson's disastrous reign the council was willing to support his bid for the throne.

Now his is trying to inject new modern ideas into the archaic Kindred culture. He is trying to create an education program that other Camarilla cities can use as a model based on Critias' philosophical teachings combined with strict lessens around the Masquerade and the Traditions. He feels the only way to stop the Second Inquisition is for Kindred to stop being so sloppy with the rules and one of his first major actions was to kill Al Capone as a walking violation of the Masquerade.

Opinions on the new Prince are very divided. For some younger kindred he represents progress and for some elders his new ideas could help strengthen the Camarilla. For many others, however, his proclamations of peace and prosperity are just the standard lies and Jackson has been using his Hounds with greater frequency not just against rogue Masquerade breaches but also against political rivals and surgical strikes against the Anarch movement.

Kevin is an athletic man appearing in his early 20s with a constant look of cool composure. His dark brown skin retains its original color of a man that has spent years outside. He wears a pressed white suit with a light blue shirt, tie, and brown dress boots. As a former gang leader and kindred Warlord he always is armed, carrying both silver weaponry as well as stakes. Some of the elders bristle at him bringing weapons into Elysium but he just points out what happened at the Succubus club attacks and says it pays to be prepared.
