She was originally just a strong animal rights activist but during the War of Chicago she witnessed the ferocity of the werewolf attacks on the kindred her beliefs altered dramatically and by the end of the War she was on the front lines pressing the attack against the lupine invaders. When Inyanga departed Rosa took over as Primogen and immediately threw away the cease fire with the lupines and has had her clan wage bloody war against the lupines of Chicago for the past decade. She hates the lupines with a burning passion and so long as she has any power she will wield it against them.

Rosa is a tall, muscular Latina woman. She has the air of someone to be reckoned with and respected. Her long, black hair is pulled back into a ponytail with an exquisitely carved silver clasp. She dresses in a dark-brown flannel shirt, dark blue jeans, and mountain-hiking boots.
