Portia hit the scene as the flavor of the week shortly before the War of Chicago. She was quickly forgotten about during the chaos that followed but as things settled down she has made some surprisingly astute moves for a neonate. Seizing one such gap she was able to gain control of the abandoned Succubus Club, reopen it and get herself dubbed a Keeper of Elysium.

Now younger vampires are flocking to her as a potential rising star and older vampires are taking notice of this fast rising neonate with equal parts admiration and concern.

She’s slender, of average height, and has the youthful appearance of
a woman in her mid-to-late 20s. Her long, dark hair often remains unbound around her classically beautiful features. For a neonate she often comes across as aloof or condescending. She is a mover and shaker and she knows it. While she dresses stylishly for any occasion in general she gravitates toward a more club-friendly
style. Just because she doesn’t want to talk to other club-goers doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to be seen.
