Nikolas "Sweetie Pepper" is a rogue Anarch that has a Blood Hunt called upon them, Sweetie Pepper killed one too many kine one to many times. Despite the wrath of Lodin being directed at him most of the city was distracted by the war with the lupines and Lodin's downfall. This has given Sweetie Pepper some room to breath but hasn't earned him any allies. While technically aligned to the Anarchs he did burn down Juggler's haven when Juggler suggested he leave Chicago for awhile.

Legendary among the Anarchs for his violence, his attacks on the Camarilla, and somehow staying one step ahead of their Hounds. That being said, all the Anarchs of the city want to stay far away from Sweetie as those close to him often end up as collateral damage in his one-man war against Chicago.

Nickolas is a gangly man. His arms seem just a little too long for his body. His face is long and narrow, and he appears to be in his late 20s but bears the wear and scars of a hard life of fighting in the streets. He is old school and simple in terms of clothes.He most often wears pleated slacks, well-polished leather shoes, V-neck T-shirts, and a gold chain. He is clean shaven with his hair in a close-cropped afro. He always smells of cigarettes and whiskey and is prone to playing with a bone toothpick between his teeth.
