Eddie was one of several childer that Al Capone had embraced during his years controlling the underworld of Chicago but now he is the only one left. The others fell during the War of Chicago and Capone himself was recently killed by the new Prince Jackson as a statement of his commitment to the Masquerade. Eddie fled to the outskirts of the city worried that Jackson might come after him next to seize Capone assets but so far Jackson has let the rest of the Capone gang be. Eddie is known for his violent reputation and his tendency to "shoot first and ask questions later".

Eddie is a middle-aged asian man who despite dressing in expensive suits always has a slightly disheveled look about him. He especially favors red shirts to help cover up the frequent blood stains he creates from his rather sloppy feeding.
