Joshua Tarnopolski

Aka Blackjack, Joshua was a long time Anarch follower in Chicago and a strong backer of both worker's unions and Maldavis' Anarch revolt. When the Anarch Revolt was broken Joshua fell in with Hind's Anarchs but when that broke apart Joshua drifted around.

Within the past few years he emerged in the growing anarch barony of Naperville, eventually claiming the title himself when the previous Baron disappeared, most likely Beckoned back to the East.

While he dresses up in expensive suits he still looks like a rough and tumble blue-collar worker and his voice is deep and gravely from a lifetime of smoking cigarettes.
